The following conditions qualify for full coverage under our 90-day return/exchange policy:

• You received the wrong item(s), defective or damaged item(s), or any items of poor quality from our site.
• The item received does not match the photo charm or appearance far different from the photo provided to FridgeBeats.
• Issues with product quality, such as chipping paint or loose crystals.

Resolution: We will replace these items with the same product or an item of equal or lesser value.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

• New and unworn, in their original condition and packaging.

Steps to Request a Return Authorization:

• Prepare Photos: For quality-related issues, attach clear photos of the items that highlight the problem.
• Return Processing: Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving your item(s), and you will receive an email notification once the return is completed. Please note that refunds may take an additional 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
• Return Address: Customer service will provide the appropriate return address and instructions upon request.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once your order has been submitted, production of personalized items begins immediately. Orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee for cancellations.
